Laughter With Heart
~ A new style of exercise program!
Laughter is, by research, very healthy for the heart and lungs, calories burned, and organs massaged. The good feelings of laughter don't last long enough by themselves and so, with some other joyful living and good-hearted living exercises, it helps to stimulate, sustain, and retain the benefits of laughter for balancing the mind, body and spirit. Enough laughter can produce enough endorphins to relieve pain and you are guaranteed a cardio-vascular workout.
Laughter exercises will create a shift in attitudes and calm us in the midst of chaos. Negative attitudes such as anger, fear, worry, perfectionism, competitiveness, and overwork create stress and rob us of our laughter and our sense of humour. When we replace these attitudes with more positive attitudes such as gratitude, kindness, compliments, forgiveness and chocolate, it leads to peace of mind, joy, love, harmonious relationships and of course more laughter, and we're winners!
Donna will be introducing you to several exercises that demonstrate the use of laughter and chocolate attitudes! You will learn some tickle tips to help you manage stress, chaos, and overwhelm. Don't miss this opportunity to laugh and learn! Your own heart needs Donna's jazz!

Silence: What does it mean.
The meaning of silence is different for every one of us. Sometimes silence just means solitude. Sometimes it means I can't cope, or I don't wanna cope, I'm busy, I'm tired, I'm away, or just plain - I can't find the words.
These last few months have been a work in progress for me and my learning around myself and my future has been incredible. I will add to this blog more often. Tomorrow I will be posting the link for a teleconference call that I will be featured in with Abundant Living. This call will be about laughter with intention because simulated laughter becomes stimulated laughter.
Laughter's good feelings don't last long enough by themselves and so, with some other joyfull living, or good-hearted living exercises, it helps sustain the benefits for balancing the mind, body and spirit.
Stress is not a matter of what happens to you but it's more of how you look at what happens to you.
Many attitudes such as anger, fear, worry, perfectionism, competitiveness, and overwork rob us of laughter and a sense of humour, and if we can replace these attitudes with much better attitudes that lead us to peace of mind, joy, love, harmonious relationships and of course laughter, then we're winners.
